General Information

The processing of your personal data is based on the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Estonian Personal Data Protection Act (isikuandmete kaitse seadus). Personal data means any information by which you can be personally identified.

Data Collection & Legal Bases

Contact Form & Enquiries

When you contact us via the contact form, we store your details (name, email, message) to process your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Retention period: 3 years from last contact, unless statutory retention periods apply.

Newsletter

Upon newsletter sign-up, we store your email address. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). You may withdraw consent at any time. Retention period: Until withdrawal of consent.

Job Applications

Application data is used exclusively for processing your application. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Retention period: 6 months after conclusion of the application process.

Hosting & Technical Infrastructure

This website is hosted by an external service provider acting as a data processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. The host processes personal data (IP addresses, access data) on our behalf under a data processing agreement.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation). Server log retention: 14 days.

Server Log Files

The hosting provider automatically collects the following information in server log files:

  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system
  • Referrer URL
  • Hostname of the accessing computer
  • Time of server request
  • IP address (anonymised after 14 days)

Cookies & Website Analytics

Technically necessary storage

We use technically necessary storage (e.g. to store your consent choice). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Retention period: until you delete this setting in your browser.

Analytics (Google Analytics)

With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) for statistical analysis. Data may be transferred to Google servers in the USA under EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR). Google Analytics is loaded only after you consent. Google Consent Mode v2 starts with analytics and advertising consent denied; consenting grants analytics consent only. We record page views and events for successful contact and investment enquiries, newsletter sign-ups, job applications and clicks on email and telephone links – without sending form contents or contact details as our own event parameters. You can withdraw consent at any time under “Cookie settings” in the footer; this withdraws analytics consent and deletes this site's existing _ga cookies. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). Retention period: 14 months (Google Analytics).

Email Delivery (SendGrid)

For confirmation and notification emails we use SendGrid (Twilio Inc., USA), acting as a data processor under Art. 28 GDPR. Data transfers are based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) or (a) GDPR depending on context.
